Tap water also contains bacterias that could infect the sinus. Add a baking powder pinch to this solution and pour the contents into the neti pot or the dropper.
Make sure to drain your sinus by the sink. Pour some through one nose and tilt it to drain out of the other one. Repeat this until you feel all the sinus mucus flush out.
When To Do Detox?
Sinusitis is a trouble that everyone will recognize. If you have a running nose, puffed-out cheeks, and a throbbing forehead, then these may be signs of sinusitis. You may immediately want to try detox sinus drainage immediately.
